Sven Samson holds an Airline Transport Pilot License,Remote Pilot, Flight and Ground Instructor licenses and offers his professional aviation services as a FAA Pilot Examiner and as corporate, contract, instructor, or mentor pilot. He has in excess of 12,000 flight hours. He accumulated this extensive flight experience as an FAA pilot examiner, flight crew member, and instructor pilot, flying both domestically and internationally. 

Sven is a courteous professional aviator, and currently flies as international Captain on a Gulfstream G-IV. He is also a FAA pilot examiner for multiple Citation Jet aircraft type ratings. As a FAA Designated pilot examiner, Sven is qualified to provide initial type rating practical tests as well as recurrent training  pilot proficiency checks in order to meet and be in compliance with 61.58. In addition to type ratings, Sven is qualified for practical tests for private, commercial, airline transport pilot, instrument airplane rating, single- and multi-engine land, and flight instructor, initial or additional rating, Single- and multi-engine, instrument.

He was a part 141 Chief Instructor for 11 years, and calls Florida home. 

Sven has been flying professionally for over 20 years and has been in aviation for over 25 years. He holds dual bachelor and master degrees in engineering and aviation science.
